Complaints

If something has gone wrong, we want to hear from you. We handle complaints fairly, promptly, and in line with Charity Commission expectations.

How to raise a concern

Email info@peacebuilder.uk with “Complaint” in the subject line. Include your name, contact details, and a clear description of what happened, including dates where possible.

If your concern relates to safeguarding, use “Safeguarding” in the subject line so we can route it to the right lead.

What you can expect

We will acknowledge your complaint within five working days where possible. We aim to investigate fairly, speak with relevant staff or partners, and respond with an outcome or next steps.

If you remain dissatisfied after our final response, you may refer the matter to the Charity Commission for England and Wales, which regulates registered charities.
